The Teacher to Teacher Climate Change Conference (T3C3) is an opportunity for K-12 science teachers and informal science educators to hear from other K-12 teachers about climate literacy instructional practices and experiences. This is an opportunity to enhance your instructional practices by incorporating activities, lessons and ideas developed, implemented and tested by other K-12 teachers. The goal is the sharing of innovative and engaging lesson activities and ideas with other K-12 teachers so that these activities and ideas can be implemented in more classrooms.
Each session at T3C3 includes detailed explanations and modeling of classroom activities. Presenters at this conference will showcase successfully implemented lessons addressing climate change and will demonstrate lessons and activities that they have implemented with K-12 students. |
This conference is sponsored by the MADE-CLEAR program funded by the National Science Foundation. The MADE CLEAR partnership brings together experts in the fields of climate science and education, both formal and informal, from Maryland and Delaware, to provide support for educators in these states.
